Negative: We had a lot of problems with the check in. We had to wait 1hour to get information for the check-in a we couldn't get in contact with the owner. The number assigned to the apartment is disconnected. We also were asked to take out the trash and clean the dishes, if that is the case, why do we pay the fee for cleaning?
