Recently renovated 2 bedrooms apartment of about 70sqm, very quiet and spacious in the city centre of Nice.
The apartment Lorraine, located on 3rd floor (with elevator) of a residential building, will be the perfect place for all type of stays. Ideally located nearby the train station of Nice and the main shopping street, Avenue Jean Medecin, it will be possible to stay there without renting a car.
It is composed with a large hallway, a nice a cosy living room with dining area, flat TV, sofa couch, a balcony, a separate kitchen with all the equipments you might need (fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dish washer, ... all the cookware and dining ware), 2 large bedrooms with balconies (one bedroom with queen size bed and the second with either 2 single beds or one large double), a bathroom with shower and washing bassin, and a separate toilet.
The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with individual A/C, blinds and curtains.
We will provide you with all the bed linen and towels during your stay.
