Luxurious Mas provençal of about 200sqm, nestle on the very exclusive hill of Nice so called "Mont Boron", a few miles away from the city centre and the port of Nice, with private pool and garden and a stunning sea view.

You will enjoy a one of a kind house freshly renovated and decorated with taste with all comfort and quietness you can expect for memorable stays.

The mas rose has 3 floors and is composed with :

Ground floor (0)

- an entrance hall

- 2 double bedrooms with closets (one can be set up with either 1 king size bed or 2 single beds)

- 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilets

- 1 separate toilet

- 1 family bathroom with bath, shower and toilets

- 1 living room with a sofa bed for 1 adult

- 1 bathroom with toilets

- 1 double bedroom with closet

First floor (+1)

- A large main room with an entirely open kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle ...), dining area and lounge area with LED tv.

- the large bay window opens to a nice and sunny terrace with dining area, lounge, and a barbecue working with gaz. You will enjoy a stunning sea and city view til the sunset.

The gated property has a large private parking suitable for 3/4 cars and a pool area with sundeck. Pool size is 9x4,5m (depth 1,60m) and it's filtered with salt.

The mas rose is equipped with A/C and offers you a fast and stable wifi connection.

We will provide all the bed linen during your stay including bath and beach towels, some basic products for cooking (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tea bags, ...), for cleaning (bin bags, detergent, dishwasher tabs ...) and for the bathroom / WC (toilet paper rolls, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo ...).
